Meet Dan Schuchman

Dan has been a producer for over 20 years, about 15 of which were at KARE 11. Most of his time there was spent in the Marketing Department where he developed advertising campaigns for KARE 11 News and the stations’s sales clients. Dan became known as a strong multi-tooled producer, able to fill many roles in the produciton process. He’s directed short films, written hundreds of commercials, and shot and edited countless hours of footage. While at KARE 11, he won 3 Emmys and a number of other industry awards.

Some of the clients and partners that Dan worked with at KARE 11 include: TruStone Financial Credit Union, Mystic Lake, US Bank, CentraCare Health, Old Dutch, Health Partners, UCare, and Central Roofing Company.

Dan left his position as Marketing Sales Manager in 2019 to go independent and build Quirk Creative. Quirk allows him to spend more time with his family and pursue professional work that prioritizes personal fulfillment and relationships.

Dan’s deep network of talented Twin Cities media professionals allows him to confidently scale up to meet the needs of large projects.
